ASCO VIDAK was founded in 2005 and beginning of 2006 took over the assets of "Milan Vidak", a well-known producer of wire and wire products, with more than 50 years of experience in the field. "ASCO VIDAK" was established as a Limited Liability Company for the production of wire and wire products, 100% in ownership of "ASCO" from Kavala, Greece.

"ASCO" Kavala is the biggest industrial producer of gratings and fences in Greece,
with exceptional presence in the construction of 2004 Olympics facilities in Athens, providing all mobile and  fixed fences.
Chairman of the ASCO Group is Mr. Lefteris Kaltapanidis, an outstanding businessman in his region. As a recognition he has been elected President of the Federation of Industries of East Macedonia and Thrace and Vice President of the Federation of Industries of Northern Greece. He holds the majority of the company shares and together with Mrs. Effie Papadopoulou own 100% of the corporate capital.  The ASCO Group consists of the parent company "ASCO" and its six affiliated companies in Greece, Rumania and Serbia.

"ASCO VIDAK" is well organized and has technically qualified personnel to manufacture all types of low-carbon wires (galvanized and copper-coated), wire nettings, reinforcement nettings and other products. Our main orientation is to be the best choice for our customers through constant training of our personnel in order to cover all needs of the market, and through a sales strategy, which shows flexibility in negotiations to realize all assumed commitments.
